bookmarks.ie is a web-based bookmark management platform that allows users to organize, import, and manage browser bookmarks through a visual dashboard interface. The Service includes features such as tabbed organization, drag-and-drop widgets, theme customization, smart categorization, and HTML5 export.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your data (bookmarks, settings, personal information) will be permanently removed.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, bookmarks.ie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
